All the staff are very good. The hotel is clean and looks good at every point. There is a hot shower for men and women, but not sure if the mineral water or not. Big hotel and location not far from JR Chitose station 150 meters next to Lawson At the train station there are 100 yen shops that have a lot of products. Can walk to Aeon Delicious breakfast And the airport shuttle staff are very good.

Our flight in Seattle was delayed so we missed our connection to Chitose. We contacted the hotel as soon as possible but they weren't willing to issue a refund.

Great value for the price. Close to the train station and all your can eat breakfast. It's very basic for accommodation with a plastic sleep for a bathroom.

Very convenient to the JR station, but took their free door to Airport shuttle bus which was so nice on our departure morning since it had snowed overnight! Didn’t have to lug our bags on the snowy sidewalk!

Nice place to stay, small room but I think that’s pretty standard in Japan. Breakfast buffet is amazing, this was included in the room price. Good mix of Japanese and western options. Staff spoke some English and very helpful.

No shuttle service from CTS New Chitose airport. Had to take a taxi 1860 yen. Must book shuttle service hotel back to airport only limited number of seats and times. Ended up taxi back to airport from hotel 1920 yen. Breakfast was good checkout was 10 AM cost extra per hour to stay was quoted 2600 yen for 2 hours if checked out at 12 noon. So did not want to pay that. Just stored luggage at the hotel and went to the Aeon shopping plaza a few blocks away. No dinner available at the hotel. Breakfast only.

Short walk from station and aeon mall is nearby. Breakfast is nice with both Japanese and western choices. The public bath is great after a long day out in freezing cold weather. The free shuttle to airport is key reason we booked this hotel. Overall, value for money and will stay here again.

Very convenient as near to Chitose station and also aeon shopping mall is just a walking distance away. Near to airport and also one station to Rera outlet. Shuttle bus to airport that is the most 👍

Near chitose station only 5-7 min walk and also near Aeon within 5 min walk. Hotel also has free shuttle bus to Airport but need to reserve at least 1 day in advance.

Stayed here 3 nights. Many dining options available. Great yakitori stall opposite the hotel and a sashimi/sushi chain next to Chitose station. Free coffee at lobby. Aeon Mall is 10mins walk away.

Service is great! Though some hiccups with the reservation but their service is tip top. Free airport transfer which u need to make a reservation in advance. When we were at the airport, found that a phone was left in the hotel room.. the staff was so accommodating to bring the phone back to the airport for us. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for this!
