櫃檯人員親切有禮，且熱心協助旅客需求，硬體稍舊，但乾淨舒適。

青森站對面，旁邊就是商店街，離景點也都不遠，非常方便的地點，雖然飯店本身稍嫌老舊，但都保持乾淨舒適，早餐非常美味，還有小小的浴場可以放鬆一下

離青森車站非常近，有免費早餐很棒

早餐普通，住宿地點很好，只是房間煙味很重。

位置便利

Very convenient of transportation to all our destinations as a center radial out. Room services & facilities are good, especially the free coffee at anytime can enjoy.

JR青森駅にとても近くで、周りに食事店があるし、A-Factoryもかるし、海もあるし、すごく便利です。そして、ロビーでスタッフは優しくて、ホテルの朝ご飯は美味しかった、もし、青森へ行く、絶対にこのホテルに泊まります。

距離青森站非常近，過個馬路就到。早餐簡單但可口、浴場也夠舒適、房間也不會過小，最美中不足的是網路形同虛設，幾乎無法連上使用。

地點方便，員工友善 6樓的電梯走廊有點異味，但房間內沒有這問題 房間整潔 使用早餐牌享用簡單的早餐 泊車¥300/晚 温泉位於2/F，密碼每天更改，温泉前的locker很好!!

交通方便

this is aged hotel so cannot expect updated facilities especially the far small toilet, but well maintained clean & tidy. most like it's location that's just right before the JR & Bus station with good breakfast at reasonable price.

就在青森車站正對面，地點非常好。早餐豐盛，每天更換菜色。

飯店位於JR青森站正對面,交通十分便利雖然已經有些老舊,但設備及清潔度都算好且服務人員非常親切,早餐也算不錯.

十分近車站，行1分鐘到。早餐豐富！性價比高！租車公司就在隔離

酒店離車站不需2分鐘腳程， 距離睡魔博物館，A-FACTORY，青森縣觀光物產館ASPAM，八甲田丸聯絡船博物館很方便， 房間比較狹窄喼險些打不開！ 空調校也沒用因為是中央控制，早上放冷氣晚上是暖氣，窗口不能打開所以很悶熱。早餐很不錯，附近也很多選擇，酒店職員一般除了以下幾位。

The hotel location is really convenient and clean. But services was very disappointed from one employee. One of the elder receptionist was very rude while receiving us as the foreginer guests. His first word to me before I say anything is " do you live in Route Inn" and asked twice; seems he suspected that we have the wrong place, that was totally unexpected question. During the registration, he did not allow any question and just say what he wanted to inform and it took around only 2 mins after he run his procedure and before I get my passport and room keys in my pocket, he came out of the reception table to push us away immediately with impaitient face and say sorry to the Japanese guests at our next place for waiting. Unbelievable experiences and we did not say anything impolite and did not request anything more, just so shocked on his reactions. I do not know what experiences this guy had in his job. But it was such poor experience that we have ever had in Japan since we travelled frenquently to Japan in last 20 years.

就在火車站及巴士站對面. 地點超棒. 房間雖小, 但不至於侷促, 早餐還不錯. 接侍親切. 以房價來說算不錯了
