The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation!
The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area.

まずはとても清潔感があって部屋の設備なども整っています。同じ価格帯では群を抜いて素晴らしい施設だと思います。周辺での飲食はあまりありませんが、ホテル内に飲食出来るお店がありますので申し分ないと思います。

23時過ぎのチェクインでしたが、対応も大変よくしていただきました。
朝食も美味しく、お風呂も大変良かったです。

部屋にもアメニティが揃っていてよかったです。
部屋から花巻空港が見え、飛行機の離発着が見られたのも楽しかったところかな。

ホテルの設備や快適さは文句なし！ただ電車で来たので、駅から遠いのが超難点。。コンビニや飯屋も近くにないので。電車使った旅の宿には不向きでクルマ前提なら最高だと思いますね。

施設自体は若干の古さはありますが綺麗に清掃されていて、部屋で裸足で過ごしましたが足は全然汚れていませんでした。カーペットは大分ヘタっていて毛足はほぼゼロでした。
朝食が無料との事でしたが、チェックアウトが早朝で朝食を摂ることが出来ないので、もっと安い素泊まりプランも設定してほしい。
初期型？のルートインなのか、大浴場は小さめでした。
洗濯機が2台しかなく、夕方以降は常に使用中で、空いたか見にくる人が頻繁にいました。洗濯機と電子レンジは自販機コーナーにあり、私が弁当を温めている間、何人もの人が洗濯する衣服を持ってきては帰って行ったので、もう少し台数があると便利かと思います。
