Hot Spring Bath on the first floor is a surprise , a good one. I even do my shaving there.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, beds were a bit stiff but I have heard that is common in the Japanese hotels. The town of Natori is a neat little town, the hotel is right across the street from a pretty large mall and is surrounded by a lot to do and places to eat. Its about a 20 minute drive from downtown Sendai. The breakfast was interesting, but not horrible.

天然温泉は良かったがスペースの関係か湯舟と洗い場が近い、湯船に入る時1歩目と違い2歩目は急に深くなるので注意が必要。
朝食無料は良かったが何のスープか分からないスープが先に並べてありその次に椀に入った麺が離れた所にあったので麺用のスープと分かるように表示するか先に麺を並べその次にスープを配置する等して欲しかった。

朝食の仙台芋煮汁とても美味しかったです。
大浴場も快適でした。駅からも近く、わかりやすかったです。エアコンの調子がイマイチでした。リモコンの効きが悪かったです。

ホテルのフロントの方が英語堪能で外国人の方の案内を非常にスムーズにして頂けたのでありがたかったです。
イオンまで徒歩5分なので食事もいろいろ選べて便利でした。

清潔で静かで、女性ひとりでも安心して利用出来ました。大浴場が5時からだったので、前日疲れで寝落ちしてしまった分、朝一でゆっくり入り、朝食もゆっくり美味しくいただきました。名取駅も直線を真っ直ぐ歩いて着くので迷うことなく。
仙台に行く際は、次回もまた利用したいと思います。今回はお世話になりました。
