Hot Spring Bath on the first floor is a surprise , a good one. I even do my shaving there.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, beds were a bit stiff but I have heard that is common in the Japanese hotels. The town of Natori is a neat little town, the hotel is right across the street from a pretty large mall and is surrounded by a lot to do and places to eat. Its about a 20 minute drive from downtown Sendai. The breakfast was interesting, but not horrible.

お風呂がとても気持ちよかったです。
どのホテルも同様ですが、朝御飯の時間帯が混むため、食事を落ち着いて食べることができません。

予約時、喫煙ルームしか空いてなかったので、仕方なく予約しました。
エレベーターを降りた瞬間からタバコの匂いがすごく、部屋に入ってもかなりしてました。
予約する人で喫煙者でない人は、なるべく早く予約をした方がいいですょ。
5月の連休明けだったので、混んで無いと思って油断してました。仙台空港にホテルがないので常に混んでいることが多いと後から知りました。
もう一つ、備え付けのアメニティのお風呂用の体を洗うタオルを持ってお風呂に行って、体を洗おうと袋を開けてみると、空気が入って膨らんだのですが、取り出してみると、食器洗い用のスポンジ？！、私は食器か‼️
お風呂は天然風呂で⭕️

朝早い飛行機の時間に合わせて、朝食時間を予定より早くして頂きました。朝食はあきらめかけてたのですが、大変に助かりました。又空港までの送迎車もあるようでした。。良いサービスだと思います。朝食も美味しかったです。。

天然温泉は良かったがスペースの関係か湯舟と洗い場が近い、湯船に入る時1歩目と違い2歩目は急に深くなるので注意が必要。
朝食無料は良かったが何のスープか分からないスープが先に並べてありその次に椀に入った麺が離れた所にあったので麺用のスープと分かるように表示するか先に麺を並べその次にスープを配置する等して欲しかった。

朝食の仙台芋煮汁とても美味しかったです。
大浴場も快適でした。駅からも近く、わかりやすかったです。エアコンの調子がイマイチでした。リモコンの効きが悪かったです。
