全国のルートインは安心快適。食堂やルーム清掃のおばちゃんまでも気持ちの良く、気遣いをしてくれ、親切にして頂きました。
私も見ず知らずの人には、見返りなく親切をしたくなるような思いになりました。
心に残る宿とは陰で、決して表に出ないスタっフのお陰で成り立っている。そんな思いをさせてくれるビジネスです。ご苦労さんです。

いつも迷わずあそこに行けばここ！みたいな感覚で、新潟に伺う場合に、自分の行動ルート上のちょうどいい場所にあるため、好んで利用させていただいています。

使い捨てスリッパが置いてあるので、普通のスリッパを使いたくない人にとってはありがたい。

ホテル自体には、ほとんど不満は無い。ラジウム人工温泉の大浴場が深夜2:00まで利用できる。また、朝食バイキングも満足だった。
ただ、ロケーションとしては通りを挟んで迎えに吉野家があるくらいで、そこが時間で閉まってしまうと飲食店はほぼ皆無。インター付近だから仕方はないが。。
仕事で遅い時間になってからの宿泊だったため、食べる場所に苦労した。コンビニまでも片道１キロあるので、結構不便。
車があればいいかもしれない。

大浴場に入る時のカードキーの交換が面倒なのと、カードを預けるロッカーが脱衣所の中にあればいいのになと思いました。

夜にご飯を施設内のレストランに行ったがオペレーションが悪くて人が少ないのに出てくるのに30分も、かかった。受験の為に止まったのに貴重な時間をつかってしまった。それ以外のサービスとかは非常によかったです

ルートインは各地でよく利用します。仕様がおなじで安心感があり大きなお風呂があるのでそこがお気に入りです。今回西インターは十日市の降雪積雪と戯れ松之山温泉に遊んで、宿泊地として選びました。ちょっと離れすぎていたのは計算ちがいでしたが、近くの道の駅や回転ずし店で地元産の農海産物を調達できるので便利です。部屋も禁煙のシングルできれいでした。ただ無料の珈琲サービスが器械の故障で受けられなかったのは間が悪く残念でした。
