The staff are all so friendly. One mister even allowed me to work at the lobby (some drawing and painting) since the lighting in my room is not so good. They have all amenities in the room. Totally recommended if you are staying in the hotel only at night to rest.

Lovely little budget hotel with nice little touches. Breakfast area was clean, food was good and staff were lovely. Very close to Matsuyama castle

ご飯がとても美味しくて良かった！じゃこ天美味しい！レンタサイクルもしなかったが出来たりするのがいいなと思った。雰囲気も良く快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

This Hotel deserves 2.5 stars. The rooms are old and very small. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Neighborhood far from train station and city center.

5階に宿泊したのですが，シャワーのお湯が出なかったことがありました。なんでも3階の部屋でお湯を出しっぱなしにしていて5階までお湯が行かなかったという。キャパシティが小さすぎ。
テレビはBSが見れないのが不満。

地デジテレビは見れない、ゴミは全てお持ち帰り、フロント付近の無料コーヒーはなくなったら足してくれない、全てにおいて経費削減の意識が高いのはわかりますが、サービス業、接客業としてはどうかなと思います。多分、二度と宿泊はしないと思います。

駐車スペースが道路を挟んで向かい側だったので、荷物を持って横断歩道までかなり歩いての回り道だったのでしんどかつた。
ベットのスプリング？が弱くて柔らかで眠れなかった

自転車をレンタルしてくれるので観光にはとても重宝です。しかも、ホテルをチェックアウト後も夕方までレンタルしてくれたのは非常に助かりました。ただ、朝食が簡素すぎてイマイチでした。コーヒーもセルフサービスで飲めるのですが、マシーンが故障中にもかかわらず壁の説明には普通に使えるように貼ってあるのでカプチーノをやってみたところ、うまく出来てこず、従業員に処理してもらいました。

お部屋も綺麗に清掃がゆき届き、翌日の朝食も
300円にしては良かったと思う。
レストランの窓が大きく、ソファ席もあり、くつろぐ空間としては二重まるです。
