房間的十分大，而且有露台，景觀好。價錢合理，有穿梭巴士來往三宮，自駕停車場車位充足，價錢合理。酒店貼心服務，十分滿意。只是泳池需按次收費及價錢昂貴，沒有使用。

我這次住到19樓，體驗非常好。服務人員素質優良，且非常有禮貌，對於疑問能迅速反應。整個飯店的裝修氛圍很舒適，並且房間很大，有兩張雙人大床。浴室設施乾淨寬敞，浴缸使用起來很舒適。飯店內部一樓就有全家便利商店，購買臨時用具方便。給我的所有體驗都非常完美，而且距離神戶動物王國很近，到三宮站也很方便。

酒店離車站很近，只是相隔一個天橋，即使下雨都不用擔心會有影響，check in 時員工態度很友善，房間的裝潢很漂亮，窗外的景觀很開揚，房間內的床不錯，很有承托，睡得很舒適，酒店有免費的接駁巴士去回市區，很體貼的服務

I spent about three days at Kobe portopia hotel.... close to shiminhiroba Station (Kobe) approximately 100 metres and roughly 100 metres to exhibition hall... Then, there is a shuttle bus from hotel (free) to sannomiya Kobe station... and you can take a bus near Sogo (in front of sannomiya Kobe Station) which is direct to Kansai Airport.... There are a lot of fancy restaurants inside hotel area... I took “dine” at Shushiman and Gococu...

Overall it is good place to stay. Our room is bigger than any hotel near city. Simply connection to Kobe airport. The place is not easy place to visit if you are driving. We do not see any clear parking instructions. We just drive to drop off our luggage but we paid at the car park at last. We would like to swim that is why we choose this hotel and we did not expect that we need register before we reach the pool.
