The place is really nice and the island is just beautiful. Only 2 things: the hotel is quite hard to get to without a car and often times there's no one at the front desk. But the hotel people when they are around are very nice and helpful. In general, very nice stay considering we had to stay an extra night due to cancelled flights.

Excellent service, amazing location, friendly staff, wonderful room, and 5 onsens to relax in after a day on the island. The owner was also kind enough to drive me to two supermarkets to make sure I had something to eat during my stay.

1階の部屋だと、2階の宿泊の人によっては少し足音が気になる時もあるかもしれないとは思った。
ですが周りが静かでリラックス目的で八丈島に来た我々としては満足出来た、ゆったり過ごせてよかった。

部屋の入り口の照明スイッチの取り付け位置が反対である。小タオルが不衛生だった。風呂浴槽温度が低かった。浴室が狭い。大人4人が同時には入れ無い。夕食付きで宿泊したかった。NHK番組の映りが悪かった。テレビのリモコンスイッチにおやすみタイマー機能が無かった。ベッド本体がセミダブルサイズなのに寝具サイズがシングルサイズで使いずらかった。朝食の内容がビジネスホテルより悪い。

素泊まりの宿泊でしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。
本当は連泊の予定だったので、朝夕食をいただくつもりで途中考えてたのですが、台風により実現できませんでした。次回は、食事も含めて宿泊しようと思います。

綺麗でとても静かで、個人的には気に入りました。
ただ中心街から やや離れているので、移動はタクシーと
いう事になるので、お酒の飲まない方が居るのであれば、
レンタカーが良いかもしれません。

２泊3日ひとり旅で利用させていただきました。
朝は鳥のさえずり、夜は波の音に包まれて自然を感じることができました。
周辺は街灯が少ないので夜はかなり暗いです。
朝ごはんだけのプランにしたのですが大変美味しく、次利用させていただく時は夕飯もつけようと思います。
施設はとってもシンプルで、不快に思うことはなく、ただただ快適でした。
戸数が少ないので団体客が入ることもなさそうで比較的静かに過ごせてよかったです。

中心街から離れるので車やバイクは必須です。のんびりしたい人にはオススメです。スタッフさんの対応はとても丁寧で、この値段ではとてもレベルの高い朝食をいただけます。
