JR train, subway, buses, shopping and dining are all within walking distance. Staffs are friendly, and the room is cozy. Will definitely return to the same hotel if I will to visit Nagoya in the future. Excellent property and services.

The hotel location was good. But this time, the room lication given was facing tge train track and the windows is not sound proof. You can heard mid night train rushing through Nagoya station.

Great location to stay for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Right at the station. Heaps of food choices available in the complex. Mini mart and Starbucks open early to late for coffee and snacks. Highly recommend.

Train station right underneath. There was a mall, many restaurants. Their breakfast was fresh and superb.
I had to transfer my luggage from Nagoya to Tokyo and they helped me with the entire process as well as confirmed that my next stay had my reservation.
Stayed right around cherry blossom season and if I walked around for a few minutes I can see it clearly. I stayed in the 19th floor and having to view a castle in the distance especially at night was lovely.

Very kind helpful staff, deep soaker tub in the bathroom, great selection at breakfast, and perfectly located for trains and restaurants. The only downside was that the bed in our original room was very soft and sunken so we asked to be moved to a different room.

Likes: great location, easy access to trains and busses. Clean. Generous with provisions - including daily complimentary facial wash set with moisturiser. 2 complimentary bottlefy water daily etc. quiet despite being in a busy central location. Just an escalator down are many restaurants including the superb din dai fung. Great buffet breakfast- the eel rice is a super plus! Staff polite. Easy self check out service.
Cons: the room is small but considering the central location that is to be expected in major cities. Breakfast although good is similar daily so might get a bit boring for those staying for longer days.
