This was the cheapest hotel available so that's why I gave it a try. The best part was the adequate, Japanese-styled breakfast buffet. Not a huge selection, but it filled me up and tasted good enough. It's a cheap hotel because it saves money on not remodeling: the lobby area looks fine, but paint was chipping badly over the hallway lights and the bathroom tiles looked like they were from 1994. It's far from the train station and river, but still surrounded by stores and some restaurants.

ホテルの前にタクシーが沢山居て、荷物を下ろすためにホテル正面に車を止める事ができない。ホテルの周りは多くの店があるのでそこは良いと思う。昔からあるホテルなのか傷や汚れが凄く目立つので清潔感は少ない。スタッフの対応も自分が行ってきた今までのホテルと比べると微妙かな

一人で宿泊したが部屋が広くて良かった。
料金もリーズナブルで無料で朝食も付いてとても良かった。
悪かった点は駅から遠い、壁から携帯のバイブ音に近い音が聞こえて気になった！

新潟市古町地区のコスパ良い立地環境のホテルです。眺望は期待外れも中々どれもこれもコスパ良く便利です。フロントが４階で朝食も４階です。部屋も各種良いですよ☺️

部屋は申し分ないのですが、バスルームは換気扇が止まっていたので、臭いました。バスタブと壁のコーキングは、横にずーっと亀裂が走っていました。そこから水が入り込んでいるでしょう。換気扇は、うるさいです。
それ以外は、年季の入った普通のビジネスホテルです。
朝食のバイキングも十分なものでした。
周囲には、飲食店も多く、駐車場も向かいにあり、便利なホテルでした。

価格は安いと思います。サービスも悪くなく朝食も希望者にはサービスで付きます。コインランドリーの場所を探すのに迷いました。倉庫のような扉を開けると中から外国人のスタッフが出てきて場所を案内してくれました。あと、チェックインして部屋に入りバスルームに入ろうとドアを開けるとトイレのキツい匂い(古い公衆トイレのツンと鼻につく臭い)がしました。洗面台に髪の毛も落ちていました。
