Very close to the train station. Easy to get to from the train station with great facilities and views from the spa.
Nice amenities, although pyjama were a bit too small for me.
Onsen had sauna too, and great views of the city of not too steamed up.
Breakfast was ok too.

The hot spring at the roof was a wonderful experience. I can imagine how popular and convenient it is.
Even though the hotel is dated, it’s really convenient for 1st time Hakodate visitors.

Great location across from bus and train terminal. Good front desk service. Very clean room but the standard twin was a little on the small side for two people, but room was functional. Deluxe twin might have been worth the extra cost if we had stayed more than 1 night.

The onsen was a nice surprise. Location was excellent. Toilet was a bit small and the sink was located at a very weird angle, making it hard to even brush our teeth.

The location is excellent, just in front of the Hakodate JR station and bus station, 2 minutes walk. The room was quite small, as usual for Japanese hotel, but provided everything you need for a night. I stayed on the 12th floor which has very good view from the window. There is onsen on the 13th floor,but sadly with no view. Breakfast is not good enough, compared to other hotels in the same level. Staffs were helpful.

Very clean room, of a pretty average size by North American standards, but spacious for Japan. Very clean bathroom. Polite and helpful service. Included breakfast was fairly average, but free so no real complaints there. Extremely close to the JR train station and local bus station, so very convenient to get around.
