The hotel is newly refurbished. The bed is very nice to sleep . Very strategic location. Get out from Nippombashi Station Exit 6 then walk for around 100m to reach the hotel. Walking distance to Dotonbori Glico Man sign and also Shinsaibasi shopping street.

room was dusty, temp was too high, it was too hot, as the aircon switch is centralized. there was a bottle of consumed apple juice left in the ref (of the previous occupant maybe). terirble serivce, dusty walls.

The room was very small but this is comparable to most hotel rooms in japan. The hotel & the room were both very clean, and they gave us pj's to sleep in.
The location was amazing, close to the subway & a few blocks walking distance to nighttime popular streets.
We had a breakfast buffet that was included with our stay, and it was very good.

Location of hotel was perfect as Dotonbori was right across the street and short walking distance from the train station. The room was quite small and I couldn’t even fully open my luggage but it was okay as we barely spent time in the hotel! Restroom was extremely outdated and toilet was so loud with water running right after flushing. There is a great fish catching restaurant below the hotel was too. Overall the hotel was decent! Staff was friendly and helpful!

“Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and kind. The room was clean—small, but perfect for one person. It was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. There’s even a 24/7 Lawson on the 2nd floor, perfect for grabbing snacks, meals, or coffee anytime. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely recommend it!

Compared to another Sotetsu. The room had no aircon. So it was really hot. And lots of loud people in other rooms.
Also not the best first impression. When the lobby smells of cigarettes.

Good hotel to stay at if you want to be right across from Dotonbori. Easily walkable to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Very crowded hotel. Air conditioning is not able to be adjusted to your like, just a turn nob on the wall. Overall nice place.

In very busy but check in is super easy, as is check out. Luggage shipping to next hotel is available. Laundry machines are small and each machine dies wash and dry. Also one broken and others busy. Amenities are good and staff wonderful. Rooms are extremely small. Breakfast is not western and really wasn’t good either way.

The location is just perfect. I found my room to be on the quiet side, so I did not have problems with noise.
The room size was perfect for a solo traveler. The space was cleaned well. A lot of free amenities available both in the room and the check in area.

I would say staff has went beyond our expectations from not satisfied to very satisfied. At first, I accidentally booked a smoking floor cos I didn’t know such floors exist and all of my family members have asthma so it was a nightmare for all of us. The smoking floor has a really bad smell to it and the smell goes in even inside of our room. First person said he couldn’t do anything about it. We took our chance, and asked a 2nd staff person in the morning and the person we spoke to, helped us changed our rooms from the smoking flr to a non smoking flr and it made a HUGE difference, no foul smell, rooms are clean, amenities are provided like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner plus there is complimentary supplies downstairs, free umbrella rental just in case you needed it, free night wears. Very convenient location just across the street from Dotombori, lots of food choices and a 7 eleven and family mart just right outside and train station was just around the corner about 3-4 minute walk. Staff are very welcoming and I appreciate it so much that they were able to make things happen with our room because we will definitely come back and recommend this place. Just beware booking smoking floors if you’re not aware.. otherwise other floors is totally fine.

Extremely busy hotel which seems to cater to large foreign tourist groups. Check-in was somewhat challenging. There are machines to scan ones passports to check in. However, the machine wouldn't properly scan our passports. One of the staff directed me to the checkin desk, after which they directed me back to the machine to scan my passport, which again didn't work. So, they directed me back to the checkin desk and we did the procedure the "old fashioned"way. The hotel is clean, but not as clean as the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. As well, the rooms and hallways were mostly quiet, but this was the only hotel in our Japan stay where we heard loud talking in our room coming from the hallways. Breakfast is decent, but there are restaurants and cafes nearby which offer better. Dotonbori street is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend a little restaurant at the far end of Dotonbori called "Gyozaoh". It's a little restaurant, but the food is excellent as is the staff.

This is at a good location in osaka as it is walkable distance to activities however after coming back to the room i found around 2 flying bugs and this was after staff had cleaned the room. The mini fridge was also not working.
