Good experience for our family holidays in Toyama and Tateyama. We use Japanese style room, there is a common bathroom on 11 floor nice view there
Hotel staff is good service and English communication well.

Stayed only a single night here after doing the Alpine route as it's very convenient and close to the station. It's a decent place, not too fancy. Room was an ok size, bit squishy for afamily of 4.Bonus was the public baths which is always nice in Japan.

We booked this hotel mainly for the nice public bath and the room size. We knew the hotel was a bit far from the JR station but did not expect the surrounding areas to be bare of food and retail options. If you do not mind walking 15min to the JR station or taking the trams to the station, this hotel is still acceptable

The staff were very welcoming and hospitality was great. They helped in every way I asked.
The public bath was over crowded at times so they could schedule times to the guests when they arrive during high usage season.

Very reasonable pricing, quite comfortable for a short stay. This is a “business” hotel and as long as you know that beforehand it’s fine. The mens bathing area is very nice! That said, I heard the women's area was not so nice. It would have been nice if extra mini towels for the spa area were made available. Pass on the breakfast though, really poor quality and not worth 1000 yen. You’re better off just buying something from a convenience store for breakfast.

Convenient location. The room is small (to be expected) but has everything that you need and was clean. Because it’s so small, the room can get a bit stuffy but there is AC and you can open the window to get some fresh air. My room was next to the elevator so it was a bit loud when people were talking outside, but that didn’t happen often.

About 8-10min walk to the train station. Affordable but tiny space and right in front of the light rail which you will here a “door bell” sound each time it arrives between the hours of 5:30 am and 10 pm, even with the windows closed. Light sleepers be advised

Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Located on the tram tracks but not too noisy if you do not open the windows. Easy walk to shopping, dinning and train station.

One thing didn’t feel good was the lady staff walked into the onsen to check the water temperature while lots of naked men inside enjoying the onsen. Though it might be normal in Japan, but not too appropriate for a hotel catering customers come from all around the world.

Lovely access to the in-hotel onsen which was fabulous. The room is slightly outdated however, the overall comfort of the hotel was great. We made an accident with our booking and the hotel immediately corrected us without any additional costs! Highly recommended!

The room is small, old style Japanese like business hotel. The bonus is it has a small onsen.
The breakfast is very sumptuous which I enjoyed.
Not too far from central Shinkansen station about 10-15min walk.
