館内もキレイにされているし、大浴場やコインランドリーや特産品売場もあったりホテル内が充実している所も有難い。スタッフの方々もとても感じが良かったです。

Since we were not driving, the location was a bit not too convenient.
However, the service was excellent! The receptionist is very helpful and they will advise the planning of your trip with very limited bus routes in Yakushima.
The room is very big with superb sea view. The breakfast was fair. The choices of food were limited.
I will visit again when I go to Yakushima next time!

早朝にホテルを出発する前日、ホテル側から出発時間前にフロントに集合するよう時間を指定されたが、当日フロントスタッフは不在だった。時間指定するならその時間はフロントスタッフがいるべきだと思う。温泉の入り口にある麦茶サービスは良かった。部屋のドリンクはピッチャーではなくペットボトルの方がありがたかった。

スタッフの対応に感動しました。ホテルでの食事は朝夕共にお値段以上ですが交通の便が悪いのでレンタカーがあれば良いと思います。このクラスのホテルなら空港の送迎があると申し分無し。海岸線の景色、朝日は最高ですよ。

有名な海産物料理屋の道向かいにあること、ロビーに土産品展があり地元の特産品特に屋久島酒造の品が充実していることがポイント。
部屋の冷蔵庫に冷えた麦茶が用意されていたりの心遣いが嬉しい。
