C'est une honte d'offrir une chambre aussi sale. Pas d'eau chaude. Très mauvais wifi. Les draps n'ont pas été changé. Très mauvaise expérience....

Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time. The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor. The window leaked when it rained, so the hall floor was wet.
