While the rooms and amenities available were pleasant, there were no check out statements/receipts issued and later found that there was an UNAUTHORISED charge of MYR51.50 charged to my Card! Still waiting for an explanation. 😡.

The room was clean and equipped with essential utilities. Breakfast was good and varies. However no pool provided. But everything was very good. Will go for the 2nd stay on next trip.

Strategic location with reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful. He even recommendeda great hotel at genting for me (magtree hotel), which I love so much.

Good and strategic location, but. 1. Room 's quality not worth the price. 2. Toilet door worned out, overall room condition is 50-50, not well maintained. 3. Bed and mattress not comfortable, bedsheet got stains. 4. Soundproof really bad, could hear noise from neighbours. 5. Air conditioner not 100 % in a good condition. 6. Check in was strictly at 3pm even though your room is ready. 7. Breakfast is average, since its a free breakfast so I would say its acceptable.

while bathing the hot water shower stopped. had to wait awhile water flow again then stopped again.

Clean room. Polite receptionist. Hair & body shampoo pump compartment is empty & only for display. No toiletries provided.
