Boleh dikatakan the worst hotel kt JB. Kne tgu smp 30min untuk check-in. Blik ok,luas tapi x maintain dengan baik. Peti ais bsr tapi kotor. Tv dapat 1 channel je lps tu xde remote. Siang hari bunyi construction,mlm2 plak bunyi dr club2 berdekatan. Dlm blik air ade 1 tong smph tapi xde plastik. Towel koyak. Blik air bertakung. Mmg xkn stay kt hotel nie lg. Tq for bad service & worst accommodation.

Hotel tidak bersih, bau apek disepanjang lorong menuju kamar, tumpukan sampah diletakan dilorong menuju kamar sehingga terlihat jorok dan bau. Kamar tidak terawat, kamar mandi licin dan berlumut, tidak tersedia perlengkapan mandi. channel TV tidak ada, Rasa masakan sarapan bias banget dan jauh dari tempat makan. not recommended!

Hotelnya gedung lama kolam renangnya sudah tidak aktif lagi tapi lokasi dekat dengan mal plaza pelangi depan hotel ada tempat makan simple. Sarapannya lumayan cukuplah ada bubur ayam nasi goreng roti panggang jus kopi teh dll.
