At that price the facilities are quite complete. The breakfast menu is also delicious and quite varied. The staff is very helpful, every time you need room service it is always provided and attended to. The staff is also quick to respond if there are problems and need help. If I go to Penang again, I will definitely stay at Berjaya again.

Old hotel. A must stay for foreigners who want to go to Adventist hospital. Vegetarian breakfast. Just go across the street for easy access to the hospital.

I would like to highlight to you on your maintenance side it was not maintain very well and check before the room given to the guest as the shower host pipe I was lose and from entrance light was not functioning My room number is. No 2710 level 27.

I must say they shouldn't get 4 stars. Nothing shows 4 star. Small and old room. Breakfast is vege. I thought they wanna change to section vege and non vege cause previous comment from others already stated vege kind of breakfast and the hotel noted. Please change your photo cover cause confusing others. When I look at the photo wow. But when I stay, so upset.

We booked the cheapest room and which was not so cheap. The room is small but it's okay. No carpets is a plus point. Big window and great view! The room and the bathroom is the same as seen on their photos. The service was great! The breakfast was fine, it was all vegetarian just for information. Which not a problem. Penang Adventist hospital just right across. Pulau Tikus Hawker Center is just 5mins walk and a must visit for dinner!
