Enjoy the stay, the bed didn't change the linen got blood stain and pillowcase smell previous guest shampoo, breakfast was nice and delicious, view of this hotel is the best among other hotel I stayed at jb, will stayed again in future 🤙🏻.

Efficient service, friendly staff, and convenient location! The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless, making the overall experience hassle-free. The reception staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. The breakfast buffet was average. But it just walking distance to several food centers, allowing us to easily sample local cuisine without having to venture too far.

Pintu agak susah dibuka, mgkin sensor pada kartu nya sudah mulai tidak bagus. Makanan kurang bervariasi, rasa nya juga biasa biasa saja, menu nya sedikit dan taste nya tidak sesuai dengan bintang hotel nya. Anyway ya cukup nyaman untuk bisa jalan kaki ke pelabuhan penyebrangan. Ditingkatkan rasa makanannya. Klu ruangan kamar memang sudah jadul, bath ub nya membuat sempit kamar mandi. Alas kaki juga tidak disediakan, jadi lantai kamar mandi basah, takut licin. Anyway pemandangannya bagus.

Lift to go to lobby from car park is too far 🥲 plus my room also too far from lift. There ' s lift nearby but it ' s not used anymore. So we have to walk so far. My husband have leg problem, so it ' s not good for him to walk that kind of distance. TV and telephone in my room also not functioning 😅 when we go out for dinner and went back to the hotel, we choose to park at the car park infront of the lobby but the parking fee we need to pay ourself. Other than that all is OK, room is good, clean, scenery from my room also good, breakfast also good, have variety of food.
