Citrus Hotel is the best hotel to stay if planning to and from Singapore, just 5 minutes walking to JB CIQ. All the front reception was very good, my sincerely thank you to En. Putera, where he made our check-in fast and smooth as we are rushing to catch our train to SG. And thank you so much Mr. Eswaran for a great and good breakfast. Ohhh ya, the room was cleaned everyday during our stay for 4 days 3 nights. Parking just paid RM15 per day with security. My family was very happy and surely will stay in the same hotel again and again.

Citrus Hotel is the best choice if you are looking for comfort and convenient accommodation upon visiting Johor Bahru. It is just within less than 5 minutes walking distance from JB Sentral (transportation hub as well as crossborder CIQ complex). City Square shopping mall and Komtar JBCC are just in front of the hotel. Jalan Meldrum Food Street is just behind the hotel. The old town of Johor Bahru is just within 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is also a 24 hour Indian food restaurant which is just opposite the hotel. Citrus Hotel had been gone through renovation. Room was modern, clean, spacious dan comfortable, even though my room has no window. The bed was comfy. Wardrobe and luggage rack was available. There was tea and coffee making facility. In room WiFi functioned well. Bathroom was clean. It came with hot and cold water shower, hair dryer, towel, toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste). The staff provided warm and hospitable service. They tried their best to help us on luggage storage before we received room key. Breakfast was served at additional cost of RM 20 per person at the second floor of the hotel.

I'm very happy to stay at Citrus Hotel Johor Bahru. The location was very strategic, near to the JB Sentral, and across the mall. Citrus Hotel is surrounded by many kinds of street food like nasi kandar or kopitiam. The staff of Citrus Hotel was very nice and helpful. They had good communication and fast response. The room was small, but I'm very happy because the bathroom was very clean, and they provide a hair dryer 👌🏻. I will stay again in Citrus if I come back again to Johor Bahru.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
There are no charges for children below the age of 12 years sharing a room with parent(s) on the existing bedding.
Children between 12 to 18 years are charged the full adult breakfast price of MYR30 NETT per person. Children aged between 5 to 11 years old are charged MYR15 NETT per child per day.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay (Connecting room is considered as 2 rooms). Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.
Please kindly be informed that our hotel is under partial refurbishment which may cause some noise during 8.00 - 18.00 every day until the end of November 2019.
We sincerely apologize for an inconvenience caused.
Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

My first time here. The room was just nice in terms of size. Toilet and all are the same, beyond my expectation. The plus point here is the location. Surrounding is ok but being in the city center, it is not as ambient as you can imagine. Outside of the hotel is an opposite of the hotel. The authority should do something about the homeless around the hotel at night and during early morning. Other than that, it is recomended.

Kamar luas banget. Book family room dari app (1 queen bed 1 small bed). Pas check in dapat free upgrade jadi dapat 2 ranjang besar di lantai 5. Pas untuk family dengan 2 anak ABG.
Channel TV banyak. Ada windows view.
Kamar luas. Masih ada 1 sofa panjang. Kamar mandi juga luas + ada hairdryer.
Kamar bersih tapi bawah ranjang kotor
Lokasi jauh dari Larkin bus terminal, tetapi dekat dengan JB check point. Bisa jalan.
Kalau bawa koper besar, enaknya tunggu jam buka mal baru nyebrang ke Singapore.
Lokasi hotel dekat laundromat + tempat makan. Ada tempat makan dekat hotel yang buka 24 jam. Dekat minimarket juga. Ada tempat makan claypot yang enak.

1 malam menginap disini, dengan pesanan tanpa breakfast. menyenangkan, lokasi hotel sangat memudahkan untuk kita naik kereta ke Woodland tujuan Singapore, hotel dekat sekali dengan mall, dan mencari tempan makan pun mudah, lokasi seputar hotel banyak tempat makan pinggiran yg enak enak.

Beli pas harga tinggi 1,4 juta per malam jadi ga worth it banget. Jet shower bidet ga lancar tersendat, untuk lokasi bagus. Makanan nasi lemak-nya ok.

Lokasi sangat strategis dekat ke mana-mana, proses CI-CO mudah, kamar tidak terlalu besar tapi fasilitas cukup lengkap dan bersih. Yang kurang hanya di breakfast, hampir semua hambar, minuman jus instan dan perlu tambahan rasa untuk beberapa varian menu makanan.

Staff ramah, saya pesan 4 kamar, terus saya kan mau ke Singapore mau nitip tas di resepsionis malah ditawari early check in 1 kamar buat naruh barang koper banyak dari rombongan, baik banget. Makanan juga lumayan enak, dekat dengan JB Central cuma 4 menitan.

Kamar luas banget. Book family room dari app (1 queen bed 1 small bed). Pas check in dapat free upgrade jadi dapat 2 ranjang besar di lantai 5. Pas untuk family dengan 2 anak ABG.
Channel TV banyak. Ada windows view.
Kamar luas. Masih ada 1 sofa panjang. Kamar mandi juga luas + ada hairdryer.
Kamar bersih tapi bawah ranjang kotor
Lokasi jauh dari Larkin bus terminal, tetapi dekat dengan JB check point. Bisa jalan.
Kalau bawa koper besar, enaknya tunggu jam buka mal baru nyebrang ke Singapore.
Lokasi hotel dekat laundromat + tempat makan. Ada tempat makan dekat hotel yang buka 24 jam. Dekat minimarket juga. Ada tempat makan claypot yang enak.

Last minute we booked the hotel. We never took the hotel before, but the last minute was taken, but we feel free and very comfortable with ours.

1 malam menginap disini, dengan pesanan tanpa breakfast. menyenangkan, lokasi hotel sangat memudahkan untuk kita naik kereta ke Woodland tujuan Singapore, hotel dekat sekali dengan mall, dan mencari tempan makan pun mudah, lokasi seputar hotel banyak tempat makan pinggiran yg enak enak.

Beli pas harga tinggi 1,4 juta per malam jadi ga worth it banget. Jet shower bidet ga lancar tersendat, untuk lokasi bagus. Makanan nasi lemak-nya ok.

Lokasi sangat strategis dekat ke mana-mana, proses CI-CO mudah, kamar tidak terlalu besar tapi fasilitas cukup lengkap dan bersih. Yang kurang hanya di breakfast, hampir semua hambar, minuman jus instan dan perlu tambahan rasa untuk beberapa varian menu makanan.

Staff ramah, saya pesan 4 kamar, terus saya kan mau ke Singapore mau nitip tas di resepsionis malah ditawari early check in 1 kamar buat naruh barang koper banyak dari rombongan, baik banget. Makanan juga lumayan enak, dekat dengan JB Central cuma 4 menitan.
