Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Room is clean, Cleaners came and tidy up the room on daily basis. The bath towels were changed on daily basis. Ample parking lots, no issue.

I am a frequent guest staying at this hotel. Very comfortable room. You have to walk few hundred metres to reach coffee shops and other convenient stores which is located behind the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. What I like much about this hotel is the food. There were so many choices of food at Cafe Rosita.

Bilik hotel yang kemas, bersih dan teratur serta selesa. Kakitangan hotel mesra dan sentiasa bersedia membantu. Perkhidmatan yang diberi terhadap permintaan pelanggan cepat. Paling utama harga berpatutan dan berbaloi, makanan agak sederhana pilihannya tetapi sedap. Hotel bertaraf sederhana tapi perkhidmatan dan prasarana tidak kalah dengan Hotel 5 bintang. Harap semua keluarga Dynasty Hotel kekalkan prestasi perkhidmatan yang terbaik kalau boleh tingkatkan lagi, mesra pelanggan dan sedia membantu, cekap dan senyum sentiasa.
