Honestly speaking this hotel is far beyond the expectations compared to the photos seen in their app. Carpet is very dirty & the shower tap & shower head are leaking. The window view is being obstructed by a big panel where you can't see anything outside on the road. There are no chairs in the room where you can sit. There are no wall socket beside the bed. There are water boiler & safe in the wardrobe The room TV very small & TV program are very limited & movie pictures very fuzzy. Aircon not very cold. Wifi connection not very stable and very slow.

Great location. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel and the Family Mart just right in front of the hotel. 😊 It 's good hotel for family.

The water heater is not well functional. Is that common that getting extra pillow will get charged? The water itself is dirty.

The room is spacious, best location. You can find your needs (food, medicine, massages, convenient store) easily ❀ will come back again.

The location is strategic for eating places, a supermarket, watson, guardian. But the hotel can said must improve the cleanliness of the room, the towel got a bad smell that cannot be used. For wifi, it is quite troublesome, after connect it with the password and if we go out from the hotel, when back to the hotel must re-connect again with the password.

Room is clean, water heater is good. Just a note on the tap, the water that came out was brown initially and had to leave it running for awhile till the water was clear.

The room is okay, but not for WiFi. We have to fight to use Wi-Fi. For example, my husband and I, we have to sacrifice one of us to let one of our phone to login into hotel ' s Wi-Fi. And when we use Wi-Fi, suddenly Wi-Fi log out itself and we have to wait until one of hotel ' s guest logged out from Wi-Fi. We just can access WiFi. So frustrating.
