It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

Rooms were what you expected for the price. However, despite that, bedsheets and pillows were always cleaned every day. We got new towels and water every day, the bathroom was big with great water pressure, and everyone was really kind at the front desk.

If you're looking for a budget hotel that's near the bus station, this would be one of the best options, only two minutes walk from Pudu Sentral Bus Station (you can book a bus ticket to other cities (e.g., Genting and KLIA) from this station) which is so convenient. It's only 20 minutes walk to Petaling Street, China Town, and some LRT stations. The room is quite comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. Overall, I'd definitely come back again.

The hotel is very close to Pudu Sentral so you can easily travel to KLIA2. Moreover, it takes only few minutes to walk to China town.

Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a strategic location. It's on the main road, close to Alor Setar, Petaling Street, Chinatown, and the MyDin souvenir center. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and comfortable. You can store your luggage here.

The hotel is okay, but to get to the night market it's a bit far, you have to walk for about 12 minutes. Breakfast wasn't ordered, but breakfast was included. The room and toilet were quite clean and the towels were also quite clean. The room was spacious, great.

location near public transportation,,front of pudu bus terminal,,near mrt/lrt station..but can improve the cleanliness of the room and the shower bath quite broke and dont have a door so the water spreads anywhere in the bathroom,,its ok if you just want accesbility and cheap price

The hotel is close to KL Sentral, so you can easily use Grab when you arrive. The price is affordable and the amenities are comfortable. The hotel is also close to your destination, and you can even walk for exercise. Thank you, Hotel 99.
