It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

Rooms were what you expected for the price. However, despite that, bedsheets and pillows were always cleaned every day. We got new towels and water every day, the bathroom was big with great water pressure, and everyone was really kind at the front desk.

If you're looking for a budget hotel that's near the bus station, this would be one of the best options, only two minutes walk from Pudu Sentral Bus Station (you can book a bus ticket to other cities (e.g., Genting and KLIA) from this station) which is so convenient. It's only 20 minutes walk to Petaling Street, China Town, and some LRT stations. The room is quite comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. Overall, I'd definitely come back again.

It's right in front of the main road and Pudu Sentral. It's within walking distance to Jonker Street and Pasar Seni, though a bit further. If you book with a window, you'll get one without, but it can be made to order.

The hotel staff was friendly and quite comfortable. The only downsides were the hassle of connecting to the Wi-Fi, and the cramped room. It's difficult for Muslims to pray.
