Good location, but untrustworthy, irresponsible and unfriendly staff. We booked 4 rooms but only 2 rooms in good condition, another 2 rooms the toilet door spoiled & AC no working, promised to come to service but until we check out the AC still remain the same, hope they can improve their services and facilities or else nobody will come in the future.

Good location, but untrustworthy, irresponsible and unfriendly staff. We booked 4 rooms but only 2 rooms in good condition, another 2 rooms the toilet door spoiled & AC no working, promised to come to service but until we check out the AC still remain the same, hope they can improve their services and facilities or else nobody will come in the future.

Good hotel with strategic location. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Many restaurants nearby. Enjoyed my stay for more than a week in Deluxe Queen Room. Thanks to all the friendly staffs. See you all again soon.
