This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

As a result, there will be some construction noise during this period. Bilik besar. with the price I've paid, tak expect facilities lengkap. Aircond sejuk. Heater berfungsi. Cuma satu benda je slack, parking. Limited. Sepanjang 4 days stay, kena park dekat tepi2 jalan. Secured cuma kena berebut. Nasib baik dapat park nearby hotel. Apa pun, its nearby to tourist attractions. Walking distance. 1 hari boleh cecah 10k steps jalan kaki dari hotel to tourist attraction - Makan Pagi, Chowrasta Market, etc.
