This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

抵達飯店等待了30分鐘才完成check in手續，結果預訂的是大床房，一進門居然變成二小床房，下樓到櫃台要更換，卻回答沒有這樣的房型了，晚班櫃台就是二位實習生，也不會說華語，不會在選擇入住

優點：位置佳，靠近文化遺產區。房間整體沒問題，服務人員態度亦佳，可中、英文。提供當日行李寄放。缺點：每日整理房間不清潔。無線網絡速度極慢（也可能是檳城的普遍問題？），要用谷歌地圖搜尋地點也得花些時間等待。設施一般。有牙刷牙膏，無室內拖。整體平平穩穩，給4分。若下回去檳城，若沒空挑選就會再續住這家，若有時間會嘗試其他。

I stayed here for 2 nights but there is no water in the second day. Later they fixed it but the water is in yellow colour but I didn't find any responsive reaction from them. Also, the breakfast is not good with very few choices. Although it's not expensive and I didn't expect much for this price. But overall, I won't come to this hotel again.

Small room but clean and comfortable bed with delicious breakfast.Convenient location,10min to Komtar bus Terminal.Bus stop nearby. Many food store nearby. 房間雖小，但整齊清潔，地點方便，由光大(Komtar)巴士站到酒店約10分鐘。坐巴士去各個景點都非常方便又便宜，免費巴士及多條巴士線也途經酒店附近。一走出酒店路口，就是肉骨茶店，晚上有街頭小販食檔，路口左面有餐廰、早上還有中式酒樓點心，路口轉右走2-3街口有更多食店。檳城是一個適合自由行的地方，坐巴士去各個景點都非常方便又便宜，但要準備零錢，大約是2-3元馬幣，去到 Butterfly Farm 近一小時車程也只是RM3.4。溝通方面不會英語，用普通話向華人問路也成，馬來西亞人很友善。房間雖小，但整齊清潔，地點方便，由光大(Komtar)巴士站到酒店約10分鐘。坐巴士去各個景點都非常方便又便宜，免費巴士及多條巴士線也途經酒店附近。檳城是一個適合自由行的地方，坐巴士去各個景點都非常方便又便宜，但要準備零錢，大約是2-3元馬幣，去到 Butterfly Farm 近一小時車程也只是RM3.4。溝通方面不會英語，用普通話向華人問路也成，馬來西亞人很友善。3-4天輕鬆遊玩，吃喝玩樂。年輕人要去 Escape 主題公園遊玩，好玩又低玩。

地點近光大,搭車很方便,過對面街就有夜市,好多熟食小販。但我的房間有螞蟻,要間中做下滅蟲啊。整體都係乾淨同舒適,空間都夠大,早餐都多選擇,以呢個價錢,都係好抵住。

酒店的地点挺好，旁边就有夜市，很多小吃，不用去汕头街，去光大等地方要走20分钟，出门转右走出去，过马路警察局旁边就有车站，可以做免费巴士，不用走到光大那么远。房间不是很大，不过很是挺干净的

位置就在光大附近方便乘搭CAT免費車在光大落車後要轉幾個彎就找到酒店不過因為到達時已經天黑,第一個晚上的確有點害怕,但行慣左條路就不怕嚕酒店附近就有個夜市沿大馬路直行盡是美食,這一點很讚!! 酒店早餐每天都會有不同食物選擇,不錯! 食物refill速度亦可接受欠佳的是房間內有不明昆蟲....... 一隻在厠所,一隻在床頭..... 幸好體積不大,不會飛.... 很容易被毀滅另外,因為訂的房型是最普通的標準間窗戶是對著一個死胡同,天亮了也不會有陽光照射....... 最後,提提大家房間是沒有牙具提供,大家記得自備....
