As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 50.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Please note that parking facility (chargeable) is based on first come first serve basis.
A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Toursim tax of RM10 per room per night to be collected for non-Malaysian guest.
