Lift access is not available from basement car park to hotel’s lobby but accessible with a short flight of stairs. Guest can drop off their bags at the hotel’s main entrance. Hotel parking bays are subject to availability and hotel is not able to guarantee parking for all guest vehicles. If the hotel parking facility is fully occupied, guests will be offered alternative parking location (vacant parking spaces opposite the hotel or 1st Avenue Mall parking lots). ==========================================================================================
Hotel JEN Penang is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment from 1 June 2022 onwards. Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the guest rooms or any other areas within the hotel. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Guests arriving on or before 31 December 2022 are exempted from Tourism Tax as announced by the Federal Government.
