As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

ii) Hotel will collect minimum amount of deposit upon arrival from guest. Amount of deposit is subject to changes.

The room was generous in size and at the far side of the adult swimming pool, so was peaceful too. In the main, the staff were pleasant, particularly the outside staff, maintenance, and gardening. The location was good, not far from the beach, shops, restaurants, etc.

👍Staff friendly, bilik, bilik air dan kawasan hospitality bersih walaupun dah lama, kawasan mandi budak-budak luas dan bersih, terjaga. 👎Koridor yang pendek tempias air hujan, juga letrik tak disediakan setiap bilik, so tak sesuai untuk ada baby yang kena bancuh susu malam-malam kena sediakan termos sendiri untuk tak keluar setiap kali nak ambik air panas, dan tak semua tingkat sediakan cukko hanya satu tingkat saja, toiletries yang free tiada, hanya sabun sja, bukan oku friendly

Poor maintenance. No hygiene at all. No toiletries provided (they call it 3 star hotel) no intercom. Toilet doors lock automatically, I had to go down with to call assistant to unlock my toilet door. Totally a very worst experience.

I am visiting the hotel for many times. The facilities are basic but OK. You will get 3 in 1 soap, water can get from dispenser, etc. Rooms are old but clean and maintained. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Swimming pool is heaven for kids.

Parking tak ada. Kena la pandai2 cari kat sebelah kanan jalan..jangan park sebelah kiri ya..risiko kena saman. Kolam ok, cantik..cuma ada dekorasi macam pulau tu..jadi macam terhad pergerakan sebab bersimen. Risiko anak-anak terlanggar benda tu. Bila korang basah lepas mandi kolam..tak boleh guna lif. Tangga dia quite “gayat” juga laaa...tapi ok je kot. Extra carefull laa untuk yang ada anak kecik berderet..fuhh seram weh. Yg lain ok laaa..tempat makan dekat, pantai pun dekat..tempat shopping pun dekat..boleh jalan kaki je. Nak rate “fair” tapi tak de button pilih “fair” plak. Ada “awesome” dengan “unsatisfying” je. Apa pun..still ok la untuk yang nak pilih hotel sebagai tempat mandi, tido dan urus diri. Siang buat aktiviti outdoor. Yang best..bilik luas..tandas pun luas. Staff pun friendly. Tahniah landscons. Semoga terus suksess.

Hotelnya bagus dekat dengan pantai cenang dan pusat perbelanjaan, cuma kami dapat kamar depan kolam renang jadi berisik, Terus pas check-in harus nunggu sampai jam 3 dengan resepsionis yang tidak ada senyumnya. Tapi overall bagus sih dekat kemana-mana.
