A great place to stay. Everything here are amazing. They arranged a lot of complementary activities for us, such as Jungle Walk, visit Historic Temples, Pomelo Farm, Yoga Class, and so on. Don't forget to try their dinner at Jeff's Cellar. I'm here need to especially thank to Mr Raymond Koh for your good jobs. Would definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

It’s our second time staying at Weil hotel. Very good location, next to a shopping mall and close by to makan joints. Hotel Service is really good... starting from check-in to check-out. Stay was very comfortable, staff polite & professional... overall experience was awesome. Will definitely stay here again when I next visit Ipoh!! And recommend friends as well!!!

All of the experience was fantastic. Worth it with the price, staff friendly and helpful. Food was nice. The best things is their theme park, a lot of fun and activities. Suitable for a family those bring a kids, you will never regret it.

Recommended. Price walk in is a bit expensive (RM118) compared to books online RM85 only. Great bargain. Staff are friendly. Don't get confused with Golden Roof Sunway.

booked triple room. rm 85/night. enjoyed our stay here. got hairdryer in the bathroom, astro discovery channel and foxmovies. spacious room for the Muslim to pray. helpful information from the staff. GRAB service also available here

The hotel has attractive and colorful design. The room is not very large, but has essential facilities. It is 5 mins drive to Ipoh Parade and Concubine Lane, quite near the city centre. The free minibus only drops guests at major attractions, not a tour. We didn't have enough time to try this service. Breakfast is Western style, so good for those who could not eat local food. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

Great experience with Cities Express Ipoh. The best for everyone. All staff was very friendly. The room was clean and great service. And The hotel near Train Station, walk around 5 mins!

Love the facilities. Swimming pool, gym, library, and the cinema. My kids enjoy it! Breakfast delicious!

Everything good. Stayed here for 3nights. Staff very friendly, polite, always smile with eye contact. Room was good also. Air-condition cold. Big window. Water pressure is good. And the bed is comfortable. They provide 4 pillow some more. Room no dust, very clean. Just don't have shield parking, very hot. Definitely back Ipoh will stay here again.
