Very nice sea and forest resort for a relaxed holiday Good room, good restaurants, good food, good facilities and good service. The staff here are all well train and they are always smiling and show their readiness to serve. Best resort I had ever stay, will definitely come back again.

Our stay at Pangkor Laut Resort was a dream come true. From our sea villa to the water of Emerald Beach everything was perfect. The staff at Pangkor Laut Resort are especially welcoming, and the service we had at the three restaurants was of top quality as was the food!

Speedboat transfers are required for your arrival to and departure from the resort. Transfer rates are as follows: MYR 80 per way for each adult MYR 40 per way for each child From Marina Island Pangkor : 12:00pm | 1:00pm | 2:00pm | 3:00pm | 4:00pm From Pangkor Laut Resort : 10:30am | 11:30am | 12:30pm | 1:30pm | 2:30pm Reservation of speedboat departure time is not required, as it is on first come first serve basis. Please check-in at the Marina Island Pangkor Office 20 minutes prior to schedule speedboat departure times. Alternately, a chartered private speedboat can be pre-arranged at MYR500 between 07:00 hours to 21:00 hours or MYR700 between 21:00 hours to 07:00 hours.

During our two night stay at the Spa Villas we enjoyed a sensational spa treatment, delicious food and amazing scenery. The only reasons we didn't feel it was a 5 star experience is because of the lack of personalised service (majority of staff are offshore contract workers), heavy reliance on shuttle bus transport around the island (including to the beach and around renovation works underway) and the slightly chaotic parking arrangements on the mainland before catching the ferry.

I cannot overstate how amazing Pangkor Laut Resort is! Everything about this stay was perfect. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at the jetty for our boat transfer. The property itself is stunning! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by name and were offered an upgrade from our hill villa to an over water villa (spa villa). We loved every minute of our stay! I would highly recommended the complimentary jungle walk which is offered to guests where you get a chance to learn about the nature and animals around the island. It was truly such a great trip! Only negative was the pools were a bit warm and not as cool and refreshing as we would have liked for the hot, humid weather - we mentioned this on check-out and staff were super apologetic (probably our own fault for not mentioning it earlier to them). But overall it was a 10/10 and worth every penny! We will definitely go back :)

Extremely relaxing and friendly, Robin who looked after me in three of the restaurants was very knowlegable and jovial.

Excellent service by the team at Pangkor Laut who served us at our 4 Bedroom Villa at the Estates.
Chef cooked plenty of delicious fresh meals to keep us well over fed. Butler was amazing, efficient & thoughtful of us. Staff at every corner willing to make sure we are being catered to our every needs and issues that we may have faced. Overall words can’t describe the amazing service we have received during our stay.
One of a kind experience if you decide to splurge on the “Estate” package. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience from the moment we stepped out of the boat and walked into our beach villa. Staff greeted us at the jetty and showed us to the reception area when we were given a cold refreshing drink and a cool face towel to freshen up. The ac had already been switched on in advance to keep the room nice and cold for us. Then after returning back from dinner, the room was beautifully decorated with happy birthday message on the bed with flower petals and leaves for my wife. The room was large and the bed very comfy. Service from staff was exemplary which even extended to the attention given to my 7 year old daughter during breakfast. All this made our stay a most memorable one.

This is an excellent resort, well-managed and well-designed. We stayed for 3 nights recently and had an excellent time. There are plenty of dining options and there is a wonderful place to relax and swim (Emerald Beach) that you can get an easy shuttle-bus to.

The Villas are beautiful, and the experience at the spa was not only unique but flawless.The only issue for us was the trash in the water and costal areas. For instance, an old refrigerator and trash was in the sand in front of our water villa (117) for two days. Our last night at the hotel we had bad weather, lots of rain and thunderstorms. The strong currents drift the old refrigerator back to the sea. At Emerald bay, we found plastic bags floating and used them to pick up lots of trash. Two plastic bags full of it. I know the trash in the ocean is not the hotel's fault but more attention has to be taken to those on the shore to prevent them from drifting back into the sea.

Beautifully resort with lovely staff. Spread out nicely so that it doesn’t feel crowded at any time. Good restaurants with nice variety. Facilities like gym and spa well laid out, good service. Overall excellent upscale place to stay
