Swimming Pool, This is to inform that the main Swimming Pool (Heated pool) will be closed (not operational) for 9 days, starting from 14th to 22nd of January 2024 due to replacement of poolside tiles. We have upgraded room than we expected, so it's more spacious, cleaniness room and bath room is great, big size TV and free hourly transportation from hotel to bus station/premium outlet, makes ease to your steps anytime if you want back and fourth, many thanks to the driver.

Great place to stay at Genting Highlands. Had little trouble with air-conditioner they help me very quick to fix it but forget to clean the water at my floor hahaha but it's ok

Good experience when you want to hang out around genting. Also golfing, tennis and trekking. Overall OK, bed/room looks rusty and old but clean.

The room is spacious with great view. All the staff is very helpful and very near to Genting Premium Outlet. The have free shuttle bus.

Far from everywhere, go out have to use the small bus, that we have to wait for 1 hour, if not fit you have to wait for another hour. Receptionist unhelpful and very unfriendly. Really not recommend at all for the resort world class. No facilities at all. Very disappointed.

Resort terbaik di genting Highland, sudah dua kali menginap bersama keluarga di resort ini, pertama kali sebelum pandemi, dan pengalaman pertama begitu berkesan, dan kami sekeluarga berjanji akan datang lagi, dan kini kami menginap untuk yang ke dua kalinya, kesan tetap sama, resort yang nyaman, sangat bersahabat untuk keluarga, bersih, kamar luas, bersih dan nyaman, pemandangan indah, kami mendapat kamar di tower lantai 12, resepsionis dan staff baik dan ramah, tersedia free shuttle bus menuju terminal awana setiap 1 jam dan untuk kembali ke resort kita menunggu bus di platform 1, good job resort awana, kami sekeluarga akan datang lagi

Hotel tua, sudah berumur 37 tahun. Tapi cukup terawat. Kasur sangat nyaman, air panas lancar dan tekanan bagus. Kolam renang bersih, area sekitar juga benar-benar terasa resort nya. Dekat dengan Awana skyway station dan Genting Premium outlet. Kekurangannya hanya shuttle dari hotel ke Genting Premium outlet sangat kurang. Hanya 1 van dengan kapasitas 14orang. Jadi banyak buang waktu antri shuttle. Harusnya pakai bus seperti bandara yang sekali angkut bisa 50-60 orang.
