This hotel is in the same building as the casino and Skytropolis. Most importantly, finding food is incredibly easy, as there are plenty of food vendors available 24/7. You can find everything just by walking, eliminating the need for transportation.

1) The TV screen was cracked, and they wouldn't repair or replace it. The customer had to inform the housekeeper to inspect the room before they would fix it. 2) There was dust and debris in the room, and they didn't vacuum or clean it properly. 3) The hotel confirmed a high floor booking but assigned a low floor, which was terrible and unacceptable. They should not do this again.

Staying here is pleasant, especially considering its strategic location, as it's a one-stop solution. The mall, restaurant, hotel, and casino are all right there. The rooms aren't particularly large, standard size. Unfortunately, the check-in process takes a long time, with long lines. The reception staff takes a long time to handle check-ins. That's the only drawback of staying here. Check-in is already at 3, and there's also the long lines. Checking in can take place at 5, or even 6.

The location is good, but the cleanliness of the bedroom was bad. The floor and furniture were dirty since day 1, and they didn’t provide daily cleaning. During the day, it’s quite hot inside the bedroom; the fan didn’t help.
