1.Lobby Area Activation is based on customer first time key in access code for authentication login.

2.Porta WiFi Available for rental and guest may proceed to counter 1 for payment.

Charges MYR30 per day
Deposit MYR300 refundable

Limited 2 units base on first come first serve.
20 GB data and its subject to the usage of previous customer.

Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night stay will be collected upon check in.

All cleaned and sanitised hotel rooms will be sealed and stickered with a door seal before guest check-in.

Hotel will suspend daily housekeeping service to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. However, Hotel will still provide a quick daily trash removal service.

If guest stay is extended, room will automatically receive a complete cleaning service on the fourth day of their extended stay.

Sustainability Tax English Version Effective 01.03.2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in. Customer is to allow a waiting time for the booking to pump in to our property booking system is about 30 minutes to 1 hour. This is to manage customer expectation and to avoid complaints from the customer that no booking found in our booking system upon check-in at our Front office counter / kiosk counter.
