As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Travel restriction has been eased for National Recovery Plan Phase 2.0 states effective 16 August 2021, guests are required to provide proof of full vaccination in the form of MySejahtera digital certificate when making hotel booking/during check-in at reception. Shahzan Hotel Kuantan is accepting guests who are fully vaccinated and 14 days after receiving the second dose of vaccine

Effective 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) imposed by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

第一次来这里……好吧，我来评价一下…… 1. 前台态度傲慢，被问到问题时还很不耐烦，对顾客很不友好。感觉他们根本不理人，不过还好，唯一一个服务态度还不错的人…… 2. 还好，房间朝向清真寺，视野还不错。对穆斯林比较友好…… 3. 离夜市和塔楼很近……走过去就到了…… 4. 自助餐还可以……还行……3.5/5 5. 有个游泳池……但是不大……40泰铢的价格还算可以……值得……

酒店位于关丹市中心，很容易找到。这是一家老酒店。地下室提供免费停车位，酒店外也有一些停车位。房间很小，但床很舒服。淋浴间也很小，活动空间有限。早餐选择丰富，味道鲜美。这是城里最便宜的房间之一。我们很享受早上在酒店前的田野里散步。没错，酒店员工乐于助人，知识渊博。值得入住，下次我们还会再来。

这是我第二次入住 Shahzan Inn Kuantan。选择Shahzan Inn是因为第一次住，环境优美，服务好，房间干净，而且这样的价格，房间里还有冰箱和熨斗熨衣板。很舒服。只是这一次，从付费给 PBT 的后停车场、大厅、7 楼附近和地下停车场开始弥漫着一股难闻的气味。希望酒店能够重视这个问题。就是这样。
