Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:30.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Effective from 1 October 2016, the Kelantan State Government imposed a mandatory RM2.00 (maximum RM 5 per room per night) Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect (near restaurants, mosque, city center, etc). But, request for a centre room, not facing the main road or it will be super noisy with car and motorcycle sound. The room need better sound insulation at the window especially. Other than that it is good.

Stay was fine. Fluffy comforter (toto) & pillow. No coffee tea but there is cattle and glass. Just fine to me. Prayer mat & qiblat direction provided. RM 2 per day required by MBKB. Charges wasn't per stay.

Alhamdulillah,bilik ok selesa, bilik air pon ok, paip air toilet sepatutnya pekerja maklumkan untuk baiki. Sayang air mengalir cmtu je, jika di bg peluang di lain Masa,saya nak bilik yang tak mengadap jalan raya, sangat bising dengan bunyi kenderaan, lebih-lebih lagi tengah malam bunyi motorsikal bising.
