The Klagan Regency住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
a. Extra charges may apply for additional adult in the same room. Hotel reserves right to collect additional charges for additional person staying in the same room as well which is RM 120Nett..
b. Extra bed is upon request and can only be confirmed upon arrival. Alternatively, guest may request for extra bed in "Special Remark" area upon reservation. Guest is required to pay extra bed fee directly to hotel upon arrival.
c. Buffet Breakfast is changed to Set Breakfast until further notice.
