The room looks exactly like stated by picture. Never thought the room was bigger as my child can run and go round in the room. The breakfast also great and we are satisfied with overall services they provided includes toiletries!

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

The best hotel I ever stayed in KK. All facilities are nearby, especially the mall and 99 Speedmart. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Just the parking area is not enough for residents, other choices to pay to parking jockey that would cost up to 10 MYR. Other than that, they are great moments. Will stay here if I come back to KK.

All was very good. Love the place, the people, and all! Love the breakfast also but quite sad because I waited for their half-boiled egg quite long, but it still wasn't refilled. The time at that time was around 8:30.

Good hotel, but check-in took too long. Need to improve on that. Breakfast also not much choice, but still got plenty of variety. When all the guests come, it's hard to find a seat. Loved the pool and bathtub. Also, parking is hard to find. Need to park further, or inside 1B.

semuanya terbaik cuma parking sangat susah. depan hotel penuh. parking sebelah hotel kena bayar rm25..nak xnak kena la bayar. 2 kali dah menginap di sini, parking memang xde area hotel. utk parking sangat tidak berpuas hati

Great hospitality by the hotel. I requested for a simple décor for our 8th anniversary and they deliver! Best thing is I think they upgraded or simply locate us in a more spacious room which is perfect for our growing toddler because she loves running around and loves bathtub! The view from the was magnificent with minimal noise at night. Food was good too. The sahur was great because they served fruits and cereals!
