The Pavilion Hotel住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 50.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
入住/退房時間
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 10:00.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Only customers and staff that have completed both doses of the vaccine can check-in and enter this hotel as part of the National Security Council’s latest Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
