Bilik tingkat atas tak sesuai untuk ibu hamil dan orang tua

Booking under app and dah remarks nak bilik bawah sebab bawa oku and dah call pihak sana untuk double confirm. Sampai sana pukul 11.30 am, reception info bilik bawah penuh sebab group moto dah booking awal, dah bayar and call untuk request bilik bawah. Saya pun dah bayar awal bahkan sampai sana baru bayar. Padahal unit bawah masa tu masih ada je kosong. Bertekak kat reception end up kurang akur untuk bagi bilik bawah. Pihak hotel guna rules 1st come 1st serve. Jangan jadi bias. Bilik tak de kettle. Bagi reception untuk tanya mana nak dapat air panas, rupanya pihak pun tak tahu dalam bilik tak de kettle. Lantai bilik tak bersih berdebu berpasir. Pipe toilet sink problem. Toilet bowl pun tak bersih. Dalam bilik tak de phone, so kalau nak apa-apa kena menapak gi reception. Nak minta bersihkan bilik, tukar towel, and minta air mineral agak payah. Housekeeper pun tak tahu mana. Lokasi dekat dengan Pantai Ketapang and Jembatan Angkat. Environment pun best, tempat sunyi and privacy.

Dirty bed linen, still stained with yellow spots. The sink is full of dirt. The room has a lot of mosquitoes.

Need more improvement. Some part is still old like a water heater and TV. Pressure pressure is very low. Need add on electric plug. Because the plug on have two only. Wifi connection is not stable. View from outside room is nice. Because this hotel new paint. White color. Customer service is very good. Beautify girl.

Arrived late at night (2-3am), check in at the guard house. Nice place. The room near the sea. Cheapest room here.

Water water heater is not functioning. The rest are OK.

Bilik kotor dan facilities tak dijaga.

Pelayanan ramah, kondisi kamar baik, depan gerbang nyebrang ada pantai yang bagus. Untuk menu sarapan hanya ada 1 menu, ada roti bakar dan keropok.

Hotel sangat bersih. Thank you scout inn resort!

Bilik selesa, bersih, kemudahan lain ok.

Bilik luas, bersih cuma lantai aje yang rasa agak melekit bila pijak. Macam kesan mop gune air sabun tapi x bilas balik. Haa, cmtula. Untuk sarapan pihak hotel just hantar ke bilik je terus sarapan kami iaitu 2 bungkus nasi lemak dengan 2 cawan air teh. Setakat nak alas perut tu boleh la. Boleh berjalan kaki je menuju ke pantai teluk ketapang. Keluar pintu hotel terus pantai depan mata. Tepi jalan sepanjang pantai tu pulak penuh dengan kedai makan dari pagi dan gerai-gerai pada waktu petang. Jarak dengan tempat-tempat menarik kuala terengganu pon dekat je, overall memang terbaik 👍

Boleh tahan. Cuma tidak setanding harga berbanding kemudahan. Agak tinggi.

Quite clean and spacious, although it's quite old but still nice for travelers.

Located in scout camp & near to airport. Staff/room/cleanliness ok. Breakfast coffee, nasi lemak & toast (extra add on rm5 perpax). Parking exactly in front of our room. No swim beach 300m, food court 250m. Just nice for 1 night stay, not for vacation. So noisy during midnight because of the 'student camp' here. Cheaper if book from online!

Upgrade and make a more facilities on the rooms
