This hotel is good for travelers who return to the hotel at night. The room space is really suitable for the two of us, sometimes it can be bumpy.

The hotel has a prime location with many eateries around. The only bad thing is no proper toiletries.

The hotel was OK, considering the price & it 's location. Stationed in main road, the hotel was pretty much accessible to many spots we visit around George Town. When we're visiting further places, the hotel was easy to find using taxi/e-hailing ride such as Grab. The building itself is kind of old & could use some refreshment & more lightings, but it 's generally clean. We took the smallest room, it was OK, but it would be nicer if they could install a small refrigerator. Everything in the room working well, the toilet, water heater, hair dryer, while the AC need some time to cool the room, there 's extra ceiling fan in the room. There 's no TV inside our room, but we don't mind about it. Kudos to the staff that being very helpful & allowed us to check in early. They also help us to keep our luggage so we can stroll around city after check-out.

No television in my room, I don't know that is standard or not. Many hotels that I had visisted the room has television.

The location is very easy to access. No need to worry about food because there ' s a lot of food stalls nearby. Just a walk to penang plaza if you need to buy daily needs and 10 minute walk to chowrasta market to buy souvenirs. The facilities is worth to pay, no TV in the room but they provide hairdryer. Room is clean and tidy. I recommend tune hotel if you're looking for budget hotel in georgetown.

Came back late. Showered and started to sleep. Horror came while sleeping, so many bedbugs.
