Too small room, dirty and no daily room cleaning as dust and hailfall in the floor is still available, too noisy room.

Maybe try putting the word ' connecting room ' in the title instead of being vague about have 1 room for three people. Since it can lead to misconception about having one room with that size. Customers could've find a more suitable place accommodation for their needs; Had this establishment made a more clearer description for their services. Additionally, while the pictures are accurate about the placement of the furniture. It hardly reflects the real condition. Maybe try to post more recent pictures.

Air con don't make room cold. Hair dryer is not functional. Room service don't takecare of it just tell me it 's normal. If you want to stay in malaysia with good exp. Don't stay here 👎.

Never thought this hotel would be my most favorite one of all in Penang Island! Got room with window with clean space around and friendly helpful staffs, also very much nearby all the food centers I could try one by one 🥰 Came too early in the morning yet they let me resting in the lobby corner, thank you!
