Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is excluded from the room rates and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is excluded from room rates.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay.

Strictly no-smoking in the room. Penalty (minimum MYR500.00 per room) will be imposed to guests who fail to adhere Hotel's Non-Smoking Policy. Alternatively, guests can smoke at public area.

YCafe is closed on every Monday. All special request such as early check-in, late check-out, higher floor, extra bed etc are strongly subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival. Charges may apply.

Maximum 1 child below 12 to share exiting bed with parents.

We would like to inform you that a new lift will be installed in our Courtyard. Construction will commence on 10th March 2025 and work is expected to take a few weeks. Some noise is expected during this period, and we will do our level best to minimise the noise. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
