To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. All guests (including children) must email a copy of their passport to the property prior to arrival. Check-in instructions are provided by the property after the ID information is received. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory one-way boat transfer fees for guests ages 11-17.
