El servicio es muy bueno, desde que te reciben.
La comida del menú no es buena, la verdad PERO el buffet vale mucho la pena, los meseros muy atentos.
La limpieza está por encimita. Se me cayó algo abajo de la cama y al agacharme a buscar, era un colchón de polvo, mi esposo estuvo con alergia cuando estábamos en la habitación. Cuando entramos también había cabellos en el baño (que obviamente no eran nuestros) y el piso de la habitación, siempre tuvo la misma basura desde que entramos.
Las instalaciones son buenas, estuvimos 2 noches y la zona en la que está ubicado también fue bueno

The room was very dusty, dirty, the shower needs more attention, door handle doesn't work I reported 3 times and didn't fixed Till I see the maintenance guy and I told him, under beds was a lot a dust, the little refrigerator doesn't work, I usually reserve and Araiza many times but now I'm not sure I have a lot of allergies and with the dust and durty I can be worse besides that we pay for a clean place and comfort
