Due to flight cancellations and airline mixups, I was stranded in the Mexico city airport overnight and this hotel was a lifesaver, especially as I was travelling with two young kids. Facilities are clean Staff is friendly and it’s great to have a hotel in the airport that I can walk to have a clean bed to sleep in and have a good meal at one of the great restaurants.

The person in the reception wasn’t nice at all, they didn’t have my room so they gave me another that was smaller, I asked about the vip service and they said they didn’t know and couldn’t see my reservation. And made me wait for a room until I accepted wherever they had one, I just wanted to sleep but also the room they gave me was in front of the elevator so was not quite and someone was with a loud vacuum.
