My husband and I stayed for just one night, on our way to Lima, Peru. It was a very difficult time because my mother was in critical condition. Even so, upon arriving at the hotel, I was very impressed and able to get some rest.

The front desk agent that checked me in was not very polite.
I have 2 nights stay booked (one reservation for each night) I explained to the agent that check me in and he mentioned it was ok.
The second day of my stay I went out and return approximately at 7 pm, I stopped by front desk to reactivate my key and while I was I. The room, a few hours later a guests opened up the room with a key!! And they mentioned that front desk assigned the room to them. A few minutes after I receive a phone call from front desk saying that they had only 1 night stay for us so they will send a new registration form (didn’t even apologize for the mistake that they had make after I explained her what just happened).

Las habitaciones están viejitas y son pequeñas
La tarifa es alta para lo que es el hotel, solo que ya estás prácticamente en el aeropuerto cuando sales temprano por la mañana
