Es una buen hotel si buscas ir a un evento cercano o tienes vuelo de conexion, sin embargo nos tocó mala suerte, goteras yq eu ha llovido bastante y aparte sin aire acondicionado. Me dijeron que al momento del checkou me entregarian un QR para hacer el tramite de mi factura, lo cual no me dieron

What you pay is the location. I hace never like the room’s bathroom door at all, such a bad idea to have them made of glass pane. The WC was not working probably and had to call maintenance. The bathroom’s hand soap bottle didn’t work and its wall mount was defective. The shower had very low pressure (close to none); the shower mixer was defective.

Not a great hotel, lots of crooked ramps and uneven floors, smelled bad, our room window was frosted so we could not see out. Slow check in and the rate charged was higher than our booking through Hotels.com. I don’t think they found our reservation.

La funda de mi almohada tenía manchas, y en el piso del baño había una bola de pelos.
Tardaron horas en llevarnos un pedido de Room Service, por lo cual terminamos cancelándolo, y encima de todo esto: a la mañana siguiente quisimos bañarnos y apestaba el agua de la regadera, no calentaba, y salía solamente una tercera parte de agua por el cabezal de la regadera y sin presión alguna.
Nos tuvimos que acabar bañando a jicarazos con las botellas de agua!

no tiene AC por cambios y NO lo mencionan hasta que llegas al checkin, y la solucion es un drescuentito en alimentos o cancelar. COn su volumen de clientes deberian de ser sinceros ANTES evitariamos malos ratos. Habitacion DELUXE sin una cafeterita, tuve que pedirla asi como un abanico. No es un estandar Camino Real
