I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Although room seemed clean that was a problem it was alive and very very big the size of my thumb. Also staff was rude. They dont like third party reservations.

We as a Family decide where to stay when we go to Chihuahua and this hotel we felt comfortable with, till last time. The room we got was looking dirty, old, missing a few things compared with other room from the past. Beds were ok but one of them on second night my mother found a small animal, we couldn’t tell what it was but bit my 10 y/o daughter, fortunately no reactions after that. Told front desk and they gave us a little better room to door next and we had to move everything.

The place has not seen basic maintenance in years, the towels are ragedy and literally have holes in them, broken furniture, dirty walls, nasty carpet, stale bread at the restaurant, food was barely warm. It used to be a good place to stay, now it's in very poor condition. Never again.
